Property Access

  • While staying at The Lookout, guests have access to most amenities inside Eagles Nest. Amenities available include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon)
    • Vineyard: Food and wine served. Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. Hours: Thur & Fri 4pm-10pm, Sat & Sun 1pm-7pm.
  • All visitors at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar (for member use only).

Policies and Rules

  • This home is pet friendly for three (3) mature, well-trained dogs. Pet rent is $25 per pet, per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • Guests are not permitted to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; an admission fee per person and cash bar for food and drinks may apply.
  • The North Pavilion hosts several summer parties, including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts, which guests may attend. In the event of a wedding or private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking should be left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy are allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. The person reserving must sign the agreement and stay at the property for the reserved dates.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book or digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet rent is $25 per pet, per night plus tax (up to three mature, well-trained dogs).
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain amenities.
  • The summer concerts may have an admission fee per person and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking and Vehicle Information

  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required from November to March, and chains may also be necessary. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Free parking is provided.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking basics provided.
  • "Starter set" of paper products provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. Items are sufficient for one or two nights.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
  • All linens and towels provided.
  • All homes have internet; some areas may not have cell reception.
  • The owner provides access to Hulu Live, Disney+, ESPN+, and Netflix.
  • Dishwasher, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, stove, oven, toaster, climate control, BBQ grill, cable TV, TV, hot tub, and carbon monoxide/smoke alarms are provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • This property has two exterior security cameras: one on the front porch monitoring the entryway and driveway, and one above the steps monitoring the steps only. No camera is pointed toward the interior or common gathering areas.

Additional Critical Details

  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction occurring in several neighborhoods. Construction noise may be heard 7am-7pm, Monday through Saturday.

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
